How to Book a Customer
Step One: Do a credit check
11.Log in to Albatross through your web browser, not your mobile app.Albatross.MyBlueRaven.com/Home
2.Click Tools (top right of your screen)
3.Click Installation Agreements
4.Search your customer’s name in the search bar
5.Click the customer’s name
6.Write in/Confirm their email address
7.Select the correct proposal number from the Proposal Number drop down menu
8.UNCHECK “Send Finance Docs”
9.CHECK “Send Installation Agreement”
10.Click the blue “Finance Application” button11.Fill out the credit check form. Add a co-borrower if their credit score or income are low.
12.Submit the form.
13.If they pass credit, close out that window, and continue to sending the InstallationAgreement.
Step Two: Have them sign the Installation Agreement
1.Go back to Albatross
2.Double check that the “Send Finance Docs” button is UNCHECKED, and the “SendInstallation Agreement” button is CHECKED.
3.Click the blue “Submit” button
4.Have them open up their email, and open the email from “BRS Operations viaPandaDoc”
5.Have them open the document in that email and e-sign it
6.You will know they have signed everything once they get to the submit their signatures and get to the screen that says “You have done your part!”
Step Three: Call in to the Sales Rep Line to do a Welcome Call.
1.Call the Sales Rep Line 385.206.34092.Hit option 1
3.Say “Hello, this is [YOUR NAME], I’m here with [CUSTOMER’S NAME] project number[PROJECT ID #], and we just want to schedule a site survey and do a short welcome call please.”
4.They will put you on hold for a couple minutes while they check to verify that the customer passed credit and signed the Installation Agreement. Once they take you off hold, put your phone on speaker, and the support team will take them through theirWelcome Call script.Step Four: Set up your Final Design appointment, and email your customer all of their info immediately.1.After you hang up, say the Site Survey day and time out loud, and then schedule a time for you to come back again with their Final Design. Put both the Site Survey and FinalDesign appointments in your Albatross calendar so that you remember to attend both and don’t get scheduled a new appointment in those time slots.2.Send the customer an email with their...a.Proposal attached.
